CORONAVIRUS STATEMENT

We hope everyone is staying safe and following the guidelines issued by the government and the World Health Organisation. Our thoughts go out to those who have been affected and we deeply appreciate the work of those on the front line working to contain this virus and keep us safe.

While the situation is uncertain and changing every day, at Hazel 4D we always remain committed to improving business performance and providing the best support possible for our customers and partners.

Key Supplier:

We believe it is important that as a Key Supplier to the UK Healthcare, Communications and Food industries, we should continue to operate as close to normal as possible during this COVID-19 crisis.

We are working very closely with our supply chain and operating partners to ensure continuity of supply and we plan to stay open throughout the coming months so we can support all of our key supply customers throughout the country.

Third party logistics:

Hazel 4D has critical importance in Britain’s key supply chains including the NHS. To make sure you receive your orders quickly and safely, we’ve partnered with one of the UK’s largest warehousing and logistics companies, Eddie Stobart. They look after all of our stock and despatches and assure reliability and continuity. Our warehouse team are working round the clock 24/7 to ensure the supply chain keeps moving, all the while staying safe and practicing careful social distancing. Eddie Stobart Logistics has been awarded the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety and expertly handles food products and packaging every day, with hygiene control as a number one priority.

Stock levels:

To date we have not had any major delays on shipments and have high stock levels meaning we are able to manage significant delays without impacting our ability to supply.

Our teams are working on increasing our stocks further to ensure we remain ahead of any potential changes to this situation, and we encourage new customers to get in touch with any packaging requirements.  If you are struggling to obtain supplies from your usual source, please contact us as we may be able to help.

At this time the majority of our staff are working from home, however our offices are remaining open for a small number. Staff and visitors must use the new government track and trace app to check in before entering the building.

We are remaining in constant communication daily via virtual Teams and Zoom calls. Our main phone line is still fully operational, and all our employees will respond to their usual mobile phone numbers and company email addresses.

Our technical experts are working hard to still provide exceptional support as promised, by adapting, setting up machinery and conducting training remotely.

Please be assured that we will continue to monitor this on-going situation very closely to ensure that we respond in an appropriate way as the situation develops.
