0201 Style Double Wall Cartons
Our double wall cardboard boxes are made with two layers of corrugated cardboard for extra strength and durability. Ideally suited to medium and heavy duty applications, these boxes will give additional strength, and greater protection for your products, and are ideal if products are to be stored for longer periods of time.

FLUTES
Different flutes and paper grades are used depending on the application.
The most commonly used flutes for single wall cartons are either ‘B’ or ‘New Gen B’ for light applications.
‘C’ flute with increased paper grade can be used as an alternative to a double wall carton.
‘E’ flute provides best quality print.
‘B/C’ flute is most common for double wall carton offering extra protection.
